FITNESS CLUB MANAGER
Our fitness center is full of state of the art Cybex
strength and cardio machines on both floors.
We offer every member the privilege to arrange an equipment familiarization session with our team of seasoned trainers. This session is designed to help you get comfortable with our high-grade machines. Here, you will learn how to tweak each piece of equipment to best fit your body requirements, ensuring maximum workout efficacy and safety. Additionally, we provide guidance on maintaining appropriate form, optimal repetition counts, and the ideal number of sets for your workout regime.
16 years and upwards
Our members who are 16 years or older have unlimited access to all our fitness facilities and equipment, with no need for a parent or legal guardian’s oversight.
13 to 15 years
Our younger members within the age range of 13 to 15, require ongoing adult supervision when using cardiovascular and weight machines, and group exercise rooms. For other activities like basketball, racquetball courts, and running track, a parent or legal guardian needs to be on the premises.
8 to 12 years
Members aged between 8 and 12 years are not allowed to use cardiovascular and weight machines or access group exercise rooms. Adult supervision is obligatory for other activities like basketball, racquetball courts, and running track.
7 years and below
Children aged 7 and below are prohibited from using any fitness equipment. They can visit the community areas with parental supervision or can be signed into our Child Care.
Monday-Friday | 6 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Saturday-Sunday | 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Note that our pool remains closed from 9-10 am, Monday to Friday, for our water group fitness classes.
We occasionally shut the pool for private functions and wedding ceremonies. Members will be informed of these additional closures via our weekly email.
We offer swimming lessons for children starting as early as 3 months of age. These classes are scheduled at different times throughout the year. For more details, reach out to our swim instructor, Jackie Wood, at 210-844-3054, or email her at jackie@swimstrongacademy.
We have one racquetball court and two newly restored tennis courts available to our members to use. Reservations are not required but are welcome.
Members can book racquetball and tennis courts up to 24 hours in advance. The standard booking time is 1 hour for singles games and up to 1½ hours for doubles.
We kindly request members to make the court available on time for the next booking, especially if reservations are back-to-back.
If players do not show up within 10 minutes of their allotted court time, the court may be assigned to any players on standby.
Our skilled tennis coach provides private and group lessons, and tennis camps for both children and adults. For additional information, please contact our Welcome Desk at 210 651-6505.
All members are cordially invited to partake in fishing at the lake.
Members are welcome to use the lake for fishing.
