Our fitness center is full of state of the art Cybex
strength and cardio machines on both floors.
Club showcase
Every member is offered the chance to arrange an equipment tutorial with one of our professional trainers to get acquainted with our machinery. During this tutorial, you’ll be guided on how to accurately adjust each machine to suit your physique. Advice will also be given on the correct form, the recommended number of repetitions, and the suitable amount of sets to complete during a session.
AGE Requirements
16 years and older
Enjoy unlimited access to all our fitness facilities and equipment without the need for parental or legal guardian supervision.
13 to 15 years old
Adult supervision (parent or legal guardian) is required at all times for the use of cardiovascular, weight equipment, and group exercise rooms. For other areas like the basketball court, racquetball courts, and running track, a parent or legal guardian must be present in the facility.
8 to 12 years old
Access to cardiovascular, weight equipment, and group exercise rooms is not permitted. Adult supervision is required at all times for other areas like the basketball court, racquetball courts, and running track.
7 years and under
Children in this age group are not allowed to use any fitness equipment. They are permitted in the community areas under direct parent supervision or can be checked into the Child Care
operating hours
Monday-Friday | 6 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Saturday-Sunday | 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
The pool is closed from 9-10 am, Monday to Friday for our water group fitness classes.
We might occasionally close the pool for private pool parties and wedding ceremonies. Members will be notified of these extra closures through our weekly email.
Swimming Classes
We provide swimming lessons for infants as young as 3 months. Lessons are scheduled throughout the year. For more information, get in touch with our swim instructor, Jackie Wood, at 210-844-3054 or email her at jackie@swimstrongacademy.
We have one racquetball court and two newly restored tennis courts available to our members to use. Reservations are not required but are welcome.
Reservation Policy
Reservations for the racquetball and tennis courts can be made up to 24 hours in advance. The standard reservation time for singles is 1 hour and for doubles, reservations can be made for up to 1½ hours.
If reservations are consecutive, we kindly request that you make the court available for the next reservation promptly.
If players do not arrive within 10 minutes of the assigned court time, the court will be released to any waiting players.

We have a professional tennis coach available for private and group lessons, as well as tennis camps for both adults and children. For more information, please contact our Welcome Desk at 210 651-6505.
