FITNESS CLUB MANAGER
Our fitness center is full of state of the art Cybex
strength and cardio machines on both floors.
We offer all members the chance to arrange a session with our seasoned trainers for equipment initiation. This specialized session is designed to familiarize you with our high-grade machinery, allowing necessary modifications to better fit your physique, thus ensuring effective and safe training sessions. We also provide guidance on keeping correct form, the ideal number of repetitions, and the most beneficial range of sets for your workout.
16 years and older
Members who are 16 or older are given unrestricted access to all our fitness facilities and equipment, without the requirement for parental or legal guardian supervision.
13 to 15 years
For our younger members between the ages of 13 and 15, continuous adult supervision is mandatory when using cardio and weight equipment and participating in group exercise rooms. For other activities like basketball, racquetball courts, and the running track, the presence of a parent or legal guardian within the facility is required.
8 to 12 years
Members within this age bracket are not permitted to use cardio and weight equipment or enter group exercise rooms. They can, however, participate in activities such as basketball, racquetball courts, and the running track under constant adult supervision.
7 years and under
Children aged 7 and under are prohibited from using any fitness equipment. They are allowed in community areas with direct parental supervision or can be registered in our Child Care.
Monday-Friday | 6 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Saturday-Sunday | 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Please be aware, our pool is unavailable from 9-10 am, Monday to Friday, due to our water group fitness classes.
Periodically, we may close the pool for private functions and wedding ceremonies. Members will be informed of such additional closures via our weekly email update.
We provide swim lessons for children as young as 3 months old. These lessons are scheduled at various times throughout the year. For more details, please contact our swim instructor, Jackie Wood, at 210-844-3054, or email her at jackie@swimstrongacademy.
We have one racquetball court and two newly restored tennis courts available to our members to use. Reservations are not required but are welcome.
Our members can book racquetball and tennis courts up to 24 hours in advance. The typical reservation period is 1 hour for singles and up to 1½ hours for doubles.
For back-to-back reservations, we kindly ask our members to ensure the court is promptly available for the next booking.
If the players for a reserved time slot do not arrive within 10 minutes of their assigned time, the court may be reassigned to any waiting players.
We employ a skilled tennis instructor who provides both private and group lessons, as well as tennis camps for adults and children. For more information, please call our Welcome Desk at 210 651-6505.
All our members are warmly invited to enjoy fishing at our lake.
Members are welcome to use the lake for fishing.
