Our fitness center is full of state of the art Cybex
strength and cardio machines on both floors.
Club facilities
We give every member the opportunity to schedule an equipment initiation session with our experienced trainers. This session is tailored to familiarize you with our superior-grade machines, enabling you to make necessary adjustments that best suit your body, thereby ensuring efficient and safe workouts. Additionally, we offer advice on maintaining proper form, the optimum number of repetitions, and the best range of sets to perform during your exercise routine.
AGE guidelines
16 years and above
Members aged 16 and over have complete access to all our fitness amenities and equipment, without the need for supervision by a parent or legal guardian.
13 to 15 years
For our younger members aged between 13 and 15, continuous adult supervision is necessary when utilizing cardiovascular and weight equipment, and when participating in group exercise rooms. For activities such as basketball, racquetball courts, and the running track, a parent or legal guardian’s presence in the facility is required.
8 to 12 years
Members in this age group are not allowed to use cardiovascular and weight equipment or access group exercise rooms. However, they can participate in activities such as basketball, racquetball courts, and running track under constant adult supervision.
7 years and below
Children of 7 years and under are not allowed to use any fitness equipment. They are permitted in community areas with direct parental supervision or can be registered into our Child Care.
pool operations
Monday-Friday | 6 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Saturday-Sunday | 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Please note, our pool is closed from 9-10 am, from Monday to Friday, to facilitate our water group fitness classes.
Occasionally, we close the pool for private events and wedding ceremonies. Members will be notified of such additional closures through our weekly email update.
Swimming lessons
We provide swimming lessons for children as young as 3 months. These lessons are arranged at diverse times throughout the year. For more information, you can reach out to our swim instructor, Jackie Wood, at 210-844-3054, or email her at jackie@swimstrongacademy.
We have one racquetball court and two newly restored tennis courts available to our members to use. Reservations are not required but are welcome.
policies
Our members can reserve racquetball and tennis courts up to 24 hours in advance. The typical booking duration is 1 hour for singles games and up to 1½ hours for doubles.
In case of consecutive reservations, we request our members to ensure the court is available for the next booking in a timely manner.
If the reserved players do not arrive within 10 minutes of their assigned court time, the court may be reassigned to any players waiting.

All our members are warmly invited to enjoy fishing at the lake.
