cardio core
Our Cardio/Core workout is a dedicated 30 to 40-minute program, chiefly targeting core fortification and agility enhancement. The class merges bodyweight exercises with cardio-centric activities, with the aim of raising heart rate and respiratory activity. The prime goal is to reinforce the health of your heart, lungs, and core, facilitate calorie burn, and ensure a pleasurable workout environment.

cross training
Cross Training constitutes a blend of exercises intentionally planned to engage different body parts. The main objective is to minimize injury threats while amplifying overall fitness levels and muscle strength. The vigor of a cross-training workout can be tailored according to your choice of weights and speed.

h2o fitness

H2O Fitness, or Water Aerobics, offers an aerobic workout routine performed in relatively shallow water, predominantly in a swimming pool. Performed primarily vertically without actual swimming in waist-deep or deeper water, it serves as a type of resistance training. It’s an optimal fitness regimen, especially for those recuperating from knee injuries.

 

pilates
Pilates offers an adaptable methodology to strength and flexibility training, compatible for all fitness levels. It fosters a feeling of physical and mental well-being and cultivates an internal physical consciousness. Pilates is beneficial in preventing injuries and aiding rehabilitation, improving posture, and boosting flexibility, blood circulation, and balance.

strong & steady
Our Strong and Steady class is a 45-minute workout, featuring exercises designed to augment your capability to conduct daily tasks or reach particular targets. It incorporates everyday movements into exercises, endorsing fluid movement and injury prevention. The focus of the class is to elevate strength, mobility, coordination, and balance, with an emphasis on amplifying core, hip, and shoulder muscles strength. Exercises can be performed standing or seated, with ballet bars utilized for balance training. Adaptations are available for those with mobility constraints.

step
Step Aerobics leverages a height-adjustable step along with simple movements on, over, and around the step to stimulate your heart and commence calorie burn. Cardio blocks are incorporated to drive your fat-burning systems to their maximum, followed by muscle conditioning routines that aid in shaping and toning your body.
