Club HIghlights
We extend the opportunity to every member to book an equipment introduction session with our expert trainers. This will help you become familiar with our top-notch machines. In these sessions, you will learn how to adjust each piece of equipment to match your body specifics, ensuring the most effective and safe workout. We also provide advice on maintaining the correct form, ideal repetition numbers, and the most beneficial set numbers during your workout routine.
AGE Policies
16 years and over
Our members of age 16 and above can enjoy unrestricted access to all our fitness facilities and equipment, with no requirement for supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
13 to 15 years
For our young members aged 13 to 15, constant adult supervision is required when using cardiovascular equipment, weight machines, and group exercise rooms. For activities in other areas such as the basketball court, racquetball courts, and running track, a parent or legal guardian must be within the facility.
8 to 12 years
For members aged 8 to 12, the use of cardiovascular and weight equipment as well as group exercise rooms is not allowed. Adult supervision is needed at all times for other activities such as using the basketball court, racquetball courts, and running track.
7 years and under
Children of age 7 and under are not permitted to use any fitness equipment. They may be present in community areas with direct parental supervision or can be checked into our Child Care.

Monday-Friday | 6 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Saturday-Sunday | 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Our pool is closed between 9-10 am from Monday to Friday for our water group fitness classes.
Please note that we might close the pool occasionally for private events and wedding ceremonies. Any additional closures will be communicated to our members through our weekly email.
Swimming Lessons
We offer swimming lessons for children as young as 3 months. These lessons are scheduled at various times throughout the year. For further information, contact our swimming instructor, Jackie Wood, at 210-844-3054, or email her at jackie@swimstrongacademy.
We have one racquetball court and two newly restored tennis courts available to our members to use. Reservations are not required but are welcome.
Reservations
Members can reserve the racquetball and tennis courts up to 24 hours in advance. The standard reservation time is 1 hour for singles and up to 1½ hours for doubles.
We kindly ask that members vacate the court promptly if their reservation is followed by another.
If players do not arrive within 10 minutes of their scheduled court time, the court may be given to any waiting players.

All members are welcome to enjoy fishing in the lake.
